Expectations and eligibility
To be eligible to attens the 2019 Senior Formal, the following explicity expectations apply:
- Students are obliged to comply with all the Yeppoon State High School policies. This includes the Responsible behaviour plan (PDF, 2.8MB), Uniform dress code (PDF, 383KB), course and assessment completion and attendancy policy requirements of 90% or greater with all unexplained absences accounted for.
- Students must have NO outstanding assessment items, library loans, fees or other monies owing to the school (Note: payment plans must be organised proir to the end of Term 3, 2019 to be able to meet these financial responsibilities).
- Students are expected to demonstrate our STARS expectations.
From Term 2, 2019, any student who is/has been suspended, placed on a behaviour management card, or has repeated uniform infringements, low attendance rates or truancies will forfeit the privelege of attending the Senior Formal and will need to make an appointment with the Dean Senior School to discuss how to improve their good standing.
