All enrolments at Yeppoon State High are only accepted following an interview with the student and parent by a member of the administration team.
At the enrolment interview, parents and students have the opportunity to discuss: progress at their previous school, specific learning needs, extracurricula involvement along with any individual assistance required for the student to reach their potential and subject selection. The administration team member will outline conditions of enrolment and requirements for students relating to:
Application to study
Dress code
Code of conduct for students regular communication with parents on student progress
A signed enrolment form at the conclusion of the interview indicates the student and parents agreement to the conditions of enrolment.
